Any remedy from hindu vedic astrology for me? what does it mean to have 4 planets in 10th house from lagna?

There are 4 planets in my 10th house from lagna, i.e.in scorpio or vrischika rasi. There is jupier in 1st house, ketu in 4th, saturn in 5th, moon in 8th, venus in 11th house. Can someone please read my horoscope and tell me when am i going to have peace in my life. i am always worrying abt my son's health and future.
