There seems to be a high volatility in my workplace and I fear what will be my position. Will I have a good growth factor here or should I look in for other options. I am in a dilema, please provide some insights

Well, you're a Virgo. I'm a Libra, so I'm very different. However, if anyone knows how to make a volatile situation turn to peace, it's a Libra. First, choose your battles. Don't get involved if you don't want to or if the problem doesn't involve you. It could just create more chaos. If someone asks for your opinion, say, I'm staying neutral here. However if it does affect you, putting the problem off could be an issue. So recognize it, make the decision you think is right, and simply say, yes, I'm take care of that. That way there's no need for huge tempers or any of that stuff.
Also, Virgo's are notoriously organized. Use that to help with the situation. A lot of people get angry and frazzled if they feel like they are rowing without the oars, so to speak. A Virgo can provide those oars. Once seeing that you are organizing the thoughts and work that needs to be done, the other workers will feel like they have a distinct job and will be happy to help the team!
