Answers:

The sign on the cusp of your 7th house is one of the features of your chart which indicates the type of people you seek out for all types of relationships, particularly romantic relationships.

The fact that you have the sign of Capricorn on the cusp of your 7th house indicates that you are drawn to people with Capricorn traits, such as maturity and stability. It also indicates your own approach to relationships. It suggests that your love nature has a very cautious side, that you take relationships very seriously and that you do not like rushing into them. This is backed up by the fact that both your Venus (the planet which rules love and marriage) and your Moon (which rules the emotional nature) both form a powerful aspect to your Saturn, the ruler of Capricorn.

Your Neptune is placed in your 6th house of work. Consequently, it does not impact on your 7th house of relationships. Instead, it would influence the type of job to which you are attracted and your experience of work. It may indicate a job which involves working with or around chemicals, liquids, photography or the ocean.

*Edit*

According to my astrology program, you have Neptune placed in the 6th house of work. However, it seems the cafe astrology site places your Neptune at the very cusp of your 7th house. If the latter is accurate, then this would strongly affect the way you approach relationships. It would contribute a tendency to idealise romantic partners and you would be strongly drawn to Piscean people and traits.
