this is not usually a good combination for the long run...i can tell you my experiences with people who are libra-born (granted, i am a pisces male, so the genders will be reversed...but the outcome will more than likely be the same, regardless of the situation)...for pisces, libra is one of those signs where the "opposites attract" rule takes effect, and the chances of a long lasting relationship seems very possible due to both being very imaginitive and both sharing a love for passion, beauty and things of that nature...unfortunately, librans are wishy-washy and pisceans are flighty and sensitive...both have a need for emotional security, yet neither one can provide that for the other...
