I've been seeing him for a month and we talk aslmost every day for a few minutes or so. He is the one that calls me, I don't because I want to give him his freedom and it seems to work this way. Sometimes I will text to see how his day was and he calls me back at his conveinince. What I don't understand is yesteday day we were haveing what I thought was a nice conversation and he cut me off and said he will call me back "in a minute" cause he is doing something on his car. It's been over 24 hours and no call back. Is that tipical? Is he blowing me off? Should I text or call? Is he testing me or just not interested?

Yes they do. It's because they are insecure and they have a hard time trusting. This is mostly because they've been disappointed in past relationships. What you are doing is good. Text him every once in a while if you havent heard from him. That lets him know that you think about him and its a good mark on his book. Don't stress over the fact that he does not call you. That's what women do wrong when it comes to relationships. You are giving him too much power right now. If he doesn't call back so what. Move on. If you want to be in a relationship with him you have to be able to do you. Like I told you before, they like their freedom, that's why they prefer to date women who are more independent. That doesnt mean that he doesn't care. It's hard for them to focus on more than one thing at a time. He probably got busy. He will always his life and you should have yours too or else they'll drive you crazy. but if he doesn't get back to you in less than a week than he has moved on which i doubt is the case with you. You can ask him why he didn't call like he said he would. Hopefully what he tells you is the truth. Reason why I'm tellin you this is because you shouldn't let anything slide. thats for relationships in general. Don't let him get away with anything but at the same time don't become a B*tch about every little thing either. That will only push him away. Just be cool about everything. Don't let him know that he has you already. Make him work for it. Taurus men like to be idolized. Their motto is: I WILL have you in the palm of my hand." That's what he's trying to do. He know you like him and now he wants for you to chase him because they generally like to be chase but that means you will take away the challenge by doing that. If you give in too quickly, he may use it to his advantage. Trust me. I've had the experience. I mean I didn't give in quick in my case but I trusted him too much.
Anyway, just make him work to get you but you have to let him know that you do like him by your actions. Like I told you before, they tend to be insecure.
Seriously, just enjoy your life. Its only been a month and I know you want a relationship with him but they are REALLY slow in making decisions and they are really patient. It will be for a very very long time before they've decided if you were the one. it may take months. Maybe even a year or two. But it will all be worth the wait. They are the most loyal signs you'll ever meet and once you've got them it is forever.

They put their women on a pedestal. Only bad thing about that is that they can be really possessive and jealous.
But then again with everything there will always be a good and a bad right.

(Keep this in mind: if he breaks dates then you're a side girl and you leave him right away because you WILL get hurt in the end) Sad but true.

Hey I didn't know that you and him did the deed (if you know what I mean) as fast as you did. Are you guys still doing it. If so than I think you're just a side girl. If he only comes to you for that then yea. If not then I would suggest that you dont do it until he is committed to you because in general once the milk is free, the guy will not feel the need to commit. But if he is still with you without any sexual activities being involved than I think we might have something here.

And Please Please Please don't make a big deal about anything he does. Trust me I've been in your place. I'm a leo too and we seem to have the same personalities. Best advice I can give you is to enjoy your life and not worry about him. Trust me you'll thank me later.
