I am an Aries woman; why is it that every time I make friends with a Cancer woman, I end up hating her?

I have an aries bestfriend and she've recently made friends with this cancer girl
she was talking to to me about how cool she was but yesterday it turned out to be so different
she said she felt like she could'nt trust cancer girl anymore
because she hasn't been around and she's not really keeping in touch with her.
Well I guess this relates with the zodiac signs too.
Aries being a fire sign doesn't fit well with a cancer water sign. Aries find cancers cool at fist but then in the long run they will find them too emotional and needy.
