Cancer in Mars?

If i have a Cancer in Mars does that mean Capricorns might be a bit physically attracted to me?

For example; i'm a Libra, and i have this crush on a Capricorn whos Mars is in Aquarius.
I also like this other Capricorn whos Mars is aswell in Capricorn.

Does Mars have to do with how you look?

Mars has nothing to do with how you look. Mars is the god of war. My mars is cancer also. This means that the people who hurt you the most is your family. The most hurtful and hateful things done to you will come from your family. Also make sure as you get older to have your mammagrams and do your monthly breast checks. Mars in cancer can be a warning to watch your breasts. My grandma,mom also have cancer mars and they both had breast cancer. I have'nt had breast cancer though. It's just a warning to watch.
