What sign makes the best leader?

And why?
(*By "leader", I mean for employment purposes ~ a person in a position of Supervisor or Crew Leader.)

Leo with Cancer moon, I think. Leos have such honor, skill and integrity - that most people will look at them as leaders. They're fearless and take great care of their pride/company/community. The Cancer part is a good mix because Cancers are pretty good with money and feelings. They know how to understand people's feelings and make this leader someone who intuitatively understands others motivations and needs.

I don't know about the Rising sign; maybe one of the air signs - libra or aquarius.
