Pisces Men???

I have been seeing a Pisces man for about 8 months now. He's really hard to read. One minute he's asking me to hang out just me and him and the next he's blowing me off. He always tells me that he doesn't do it on purpose and that he's just nervous to get into a relationship. So I patiently wait for him to come around and everytime I think we are making progress, he pushes me away. So I get frustrated and back off. I don't think he likes it when I do that because he pulls me right back until the next time any real emotions threaten to come out. Its just this great big circle all the time. I have no doubt that he cares about me I just cant tell if he is just hiding his feelings for fear of getting hurt or if he's just playing with my head.

Any advice from you Pisces boys?

It's best to ask anyone other than a Pisces man or boy (me...17 years old) cause we get easily confused at the simplest things but I'll see if I can help. From what I can tell he honestly wants to get to know you but doesn't know how to manage his feeling for you (like wondering is calling her now to inappropriate or putting it off till tomorrow or the next day) or wheter he may find you dont like his company and is avoiding you to avoid the problem. One last thought could be he an all-consuming hobbies that zones him out for a couple weeks and he just forgets to call not meaning to be rude and avoids conflict by pulling you back in. I don't know if I'm right or not cause he could be just cheating but I hoped this helped.
