I was born in carrollton, Ga. USA 1pm Dec.10, 1977. My mom passed 12-05-05, I lost my best friend(a dog) about two months ago, and am going through a divorce( I married him very shortly after mom passed because I was scared of facing life alone, even though I've always been a loner) My mom was in the process of buying a house when she passed(not died because she lives not only in my heart but I belive she is around me alot in spirit) the landlord agreed to continue to let me purchase the house as long as I would agree to go 50/50 with my moms boyfriend . Well the house is paid off now(by me, he made one $50.00 payment) Well with me going through the divorce and having no family in Kansas anymore and no real friends, and my granny being sick I have moved to GA. to help both her and myself out. He knows where I'm at his lawyer knows where I'm at ect...But he claims to be trying to get me for abandonment, which I don't feel like I'm doing at all.

I've been told that there are people moving in right now and are supposed to be buying the house, well it hasn't even been signed over yet. And I called him to find out whats going on and he is refusing to give am half of they money that I more than deserve. I don't have the money for a lawyer and they house isn't worth that much, maybe $5,000 is all, but it was my moms and I'm the one who paid it off so I WANT MY HALF! I am also considering going to college to get a degree in animal science but must get my GED first. Can anyone tell me what is most likely to happen so I can figure out how to focuse my energies. I am wore out by all this mess. And am also worried about how my grandmother and myself will get along, she is dominering and I'm pretty much the oppisite.
