This is an interesting question.

I have actually had experience of people born on the same day, and the reactions have been intensely positive or intensely negative. There has never been a middle ground in my experience of the relationship between such individuals.

The positive experience normally takes the form of the two people feeling like soulmates, even if they are just friends. I knew two girls who shared a birthday who were cousins, and they loved to dress and look alike so that people would mistake them for twins or, at the very least, sisters. They would refer to each other as "sister" as well. They were very close.

The negative experience I came across involved two pairs of boys who went to school together. Even though each pair shared the same birthday, they despised each other with a real passion. I think the reason for this is that both pairs of boys had some very stressful aspects in their birth charts, so that when they were together, these negative aspects were triggered.
