Rising sign?!

Rising sign?

I'm born on the 28th of May, 1994, 11:20-something AM. This chart says that 9:05-11:00 is Leo and 11:45-13:35 is Virgo. I fit in neither category, and frankly, I hate both signs. Anyway, what does this mean? Am I part-Leo/part-Virgo in rising or am I something completely different?

It's in Serbian, though. Speaking from experience, Serbian astrology is veeery accurate.
