How easy/hard is it to guess a person's moon sign?!

How easy/hard is it to guess a person's moon sign?
Someone once guessed my moon sign correctly. I just recollected this (this happened several years ago). I would think this would be kind of hard to do. This person did not know my sunsign even - he barely knew me. Is it hard or easy to guess a person's moon sign? My moon sign is Gemini.

it's a funny thing but some people it's easier to guess the sun, some the rising sign and some the moon, though I've never tried to guess the moon or rising without knowing the sun. I have figured out a way of counting through the moon signs on my hand though--if I know your birth data I can calculate the position of your moon (to within a day) using only four fingers and a thumb. (hint--there are 3 sections on each finger)
