I was born 10/22/91 and i act like a scorpio... can you give me some opinons about this sign cusp?? Also, can you give me info on what these people are like thanks!!

hi...u need 2 know that a sign is considered absolutely prefect only if it falls from 28 of one month to the 4th of next month.
for example: ur a perfect Scorpio if ur b'day is b/w Oct 28 to Nov 4.
so that means that anyone before 28th or after 4th will have the characteristics of the previous sign or the next sign, respectively, in varying degrees.
so if ur a cusp, u will probably have a combined effect of both, so im not sure now since u mention u act like a Scorpio.
think about the qualities of Libra as well and then decide...
