Why is it so hard for a Capricorn to reveal his or her vulnerable side?
--the side that reveals his or her true self, or even the best of his or herself. Does it have anything to do with liking to be secretive?

It can quite often be a lack of self confidence that causes Capricorns to be inhibited in such a way. Their conventional side is always concerned with being seen to do or say the right thing and this can lead to Capricorns having difficulty expressing themselves verbally. It is their way of being secure. If they feel secure around family and friends, you then see the lighter side of the Capricorn with their sense of humour often creating relaxed and informal atmospheres.
