My response as a Capricorn female would be pretty similar to those above. I'm not much of a flirt. I do like talking to people, but if I really like someone, I'll definitely try to be around them and keep talking to them, but for traditional "flirty" behavior - definitely not.
I dated a Gemini - that didn't work out so well - they tend to have personality traits that don't mesh so well with Capricorns. We tend to be very down-to-earth, tell it like it is people.
As for what turns me on - intelligence. I love a great conversation. I like a man who uses words to turn me on, who shows me that he was paying attention to me and my preferences.
