Anyone ever go through astral catalepsy?
when your sleeping and u feel trapped and cant move.
Answers:
Yes, and although it can be a bit scary if you don't know what is happening, it is actually completely normal and nothing to worry about.
In reality it only lasts for a few seconds but it can seem like a lot longer when you don't expect it. Scared the heck out of me the first couple of times.
As I understand it ,the reason for not being able to move is that your astral body hasn't completely merged back with or you are just starting to split from the physical body and that the majority of your consciousness is still in the astral.
For those of you that are trying to project, just keep relaxing and stay focused and before you know it you will float up, or you might notice an arm or leg maybe feeling like it is floating and then just gently get up (dont just imagine getting up but carefully do so just like you normally would) and you should find yourself be in the astral. Take a little jump to see if you float as a test to check. If you float, you are there.
