How do u draw the line b/t a friend that is close to u and a friend that isn't as close?

know scorp(f),Im a cap (m),we get along good. Talked more b4 she got boyfriend, now its so so, still does things (gave me invite to grad., cooks me stuff, comes over to my hous and flirts) only says hi once/week tho. I play hard2get b/c she has a bf. Am I a clse friend and shes secretive, or do I think im a close friend when really im not and shes really like that w/other guy friends?

i'm a scorpio and when i like a guy there usually is no runner up. it's usually all or nothing and trus me if there is another guy friend then he's just a friend and that's it sorry.
