I'm a Aquarius and I seem to attract a lot of Cancer Men and all the Cancer men that liked me they usually would just come out and say it, they also give a lot of affection and attention if they like you, but I've read somewhere that Cancer sign ppl can be shy and they really have a fear of being rejected. So sometimes they may not approach someone right away & hide there feelings until they're sure its okay to approach that person.
