Yes it is true that geminis are prone to having a split personality.All zodiac signs which would mean all people,whether a gemini or a leo or a libra or any other sign have some vulnerable health areas.Like Leos have a vulnerable heart,Libras have vulnerable kidneys etc.There is nothing to be scared in this.God has made us like this.Had he left no weaknesses in us we would not have been human or we would have been immortal.Astrology tells us about the diseases which the different zodiac signs are prone to.Such knowledge should be used to protect oneself rather than getting scared for forewarned is forearmed.
