Answers:
You have to look at the part of the chart where the little shapes are and see what kind of "aspects" the planets make to each other. Aspects can be harmonious, (trine, showed with a triangle, sextile, shown with an asterisk), or hard, (square or opposition.)
the degrees show which aspects are the most powerful. how "tight" the aspects are.
By what you've written I can tell:
Venus makes a tight sextile with Neptune
Venus makes a tight trine with Moon.
you can do a google search on these aspects by typing in something like, "Venus sextile Neptune", or "Venus trine Moon"
