I have no planets in my seventh house?
My sun is in cancer, my ascendant is scorpio, I have taurus in my seventh house, but planets in it. Am I doomed for relationships? I haven't had a lot of relationships in my life.

No you aren't doomed. Believe it or not this is probably a good thing for you. After years and years of doing charts (by hand!), It just means that theres just one or two for you. Taurus in the 7th house is a very very good thing. ONe person for a very long time. It just takes a long time to find them. Most astrologers say that having No planets in the houses mean its up for grabs, but it's not, it actually means that's something you don't need to worry about. Planets in the houses means there's something to work out. I have no planets in my 7th house and i've been married 26 years.
