I am an Aquarian girl, not sure I know everything about Aquarian men, but I am dating one.
Aqua men are funny, smart, spiritual, independent, shy and sensitive. They can be very stubborn sometimes, because most of the Aqua are born with a highly developped brian, they have thier own logics on almost everything. So if they believe they are right and make up thier mind to do something, it is hard to make them change thier minds, until truth proves they are wrong.
When it comes to relationship...they are shy. I have studied Aquarian men for a while, both theoritically and experimentally, and found out that among the 12 zodiac, they are rated as the worst in relationship for being self-centered and emotionally unavailable. But, it is just because they are shy and honest. Aqua men are shy, so before they are sure that the other side have deep feelings for them, they wouldn't show thier feelings for sake of self-protection, they are afraid of getting hurt. Aqua men are honest, they probably have the purest soul in the 12 Zodiac, they don't make promises easily, they are not good at sweet talking, which women like most.
