Is there any possible connection?

between some sunsigns and anorexia? i know its a disease and everything but are there any sunsigns that are more likely to get that. I am a taurus and I definitively love food and the pleasures of that.....

This is an interesting question. I've actually had some experience with anorexia and I did some astrological investigation into it. I found that the sign/planet most strongly connected with anorexia is Capricorn/Saturn.

Saturn is the planet of restrictions, and this relates to food and weight as well. You will find that many Capricorns or people with a strong Capricorn/Saturn influence in their chart are normally slim and actually have a hard time putting on weight. This is especially true of people with a Capricorn ascendant, Saturn in the first house or whose Sun is in strong aspect to Saturn in the birth chart.

I have found that powerful Saturn transits to a person's ascendant or Sun will trigger a radical loss of weight, which could easily lead to anorexia. Saturn is currently transiting the sign of Leo and particularly affecting people born around the 10-12th August. If you have any Leo friends born around that time, it might be interesting to see what effect Saturn has had on them. Many would be feeling depressed and have definitely lost some weight.

As a point of interest, the sign/planet which leads to the opposite problem of obesity is Sagittarius/Jupiter. And yes, Venus people such as Taureans and Librans tend to like their sensual curves.
