i didnt cheat on him..i just broke it off...
i told him if we can work things out..and he said hes not sure...and that he wants to be with me..but his heart tells him no..

Is that BS or is he lying?

First off let me tell you that I married a Pisces. And I like you ended things with him too. I was not ready to be with him I guess. I was not totally over someone else and I did not want to hurt him. It was also because I had been hurt by so many different guys I did not want to give him the chance to hurt me too. Unfortunately I hurt him anyway. As time went by and we both matured I woke up one morning and like you.....went um what did I just do? We remained friends and I contacted him. We started to date and 14 years later we are still together. We have been married now for 10 years with two beautiful children. He loves with his heart and not his head. Very loyal and loving man. So do I think there is a chance of friendship or a relationship. Experience speaking Yes. If he really loves you he will take you back in time. Give him time to think about things and if it is meant to be he will be back. If not I bet friendship will be in the making one day again. Best of luck to you hon :0)
