i asked if i was libra or virgo cuz im born on september 23 but someon told me
that i libra cuz im asking it on Yahoo ans cuz a virgo wouldnt notice is this true? and whats the difference with what i am and a CUSP? what is that?
She also said that if i was cusp i would have an extraordinarry personality but is that true?

People on the cusp are always interesting because they have characteristics of both signs. I'm a Libra, with a lot of planets in Libra, but I also have a lot of planets in Virgo, so I can relate. I think you are a Libra, though, just on the cusp of Virgo.
