They give so much importance and attention to casual friend that they might think he is interested in her.
They have a habit of showing interest in the other persons life so much that she might think he loves her. is this true???

Yes and/or no.
The thing about the zodiac signs is that they can apply to all of us.
Anyone, regardless of what time of year they were born, can become so interested in another as to develop deep feelings for him or her. If you look into the different signs enough you can actually find reasons why this can be true for any sign.
If you are the one experiencing such feelings for another then test the waters. Ask him or her for dinner sometime. Or movies, or whatever is a very obviously date-like thing in your area and age group.
If you're feeling especially bold simply ask him or her outright if they'd like to explore a more romantic relationship.
If you think another person is feeling this way toward you and you only want to be friends then nip it in the bud. Just tell that person how much you enjoy your friendship and how happy you are to share such a relationship without any pressure for "more."
In any event, learn to trust in yourself. Stars can explode or be born any and every day. If Aquarius were to suddenly not be Aquarius anymore than what would Aquarians be?
Just ask yourself what you would be without some random assortment of stars to define you.
