Answers:
The deck being used is actually a Cartomancy deck and not a typical 78 card Tarot deck. It's called "Mlle. Lenormand Cartomancy Deck" and has 36 cards. It is sometimes called: "French Cartomancy Deck" and B&N does show it as in stock under that name. Per the Tarot Garden it is currently out of print so you may want to also watch ebay for it.
