Im having an examination today applying for a job, we are 10 applicants and all of them are engineers but i am only a technology graduate (simply at the technician level). The employer is looking for someone who can do the job, not necessarily what your credentials are. You were one of 10 to get the interview. There was something in your application and resume that the employer wants. There were many applicants that were not chosen for an interview that had the pedigree that you are afraid you do not have. Concentrate on what the employer asked for in the add that you applied to. ie, ability to read schematics, or experience in what ever computer programs they use. I can't tell you whether you will get the job, there are to many variables. Put your best foot forward, you have what this employer is looking for. All you have to do is show him that you can do it. The only difference between you and someone with a BS is that you didn't waste a lot of time on the GE classes like history.
