What can you do with such a sh1t chart as this?

I have sun and moon and ascendant conjunct neptune. Sun and moon in scorpio in 12th. Mars with no good aspects in pisces recieving only squares from saturn and neptune and ascendant. Saturn opposing sun, moon and ascendant.

With that chart you're going to have a huge spiritual bent. Just stay out of prison and mental hospitals. You probably have a lot of energy for 'spiritual' pursuits whatever that means to you. All that scorpio must make for a lot of drama and constant upheaval but you've got to trust that 12th house and go for, if nothing else, always ending things well. You're probably going to feel like you're underappreciated etc. sometimes but life will always be interesting.
