Saturn here may (and note I say may, because without aspects to work with, I can only give you the general interpretation) be hesitant to marry. In some cases, it will delay marriage. If Saturn is very well aspected, you might be ready for the responsibility of marriage, and marry early, and have a long-lasting marriage, like in "The Notebook" kind of relationship. But it Saturn is not well aspected, then you may delay marriage. Sometimes it points to one who has been hurt, rejected; I don't know if I wanna go thru this again. Doesn't necessarily mean you, it could mean a potential partner feels that way, may be hesitant to get involved with a serious relationship.
Or you or they may have responsibility for a parent that may delay marriage. Or that parent may not really care for the significant other and may be against or resent your relationship with them or not approve. Or they may not have a father, or mother, and the other parent might expect to live with you, or think you will take care of them. Or you're constantly going over there to help them with something. It points to responsibility for a parent on your spouse's side of the family, or a dislike.
Or it can mean marriage to an older person. Can mean involvement with one already married, previously married, widowed or divorced. It indicates a mature individual who has already had responsibility in life. A person who gives you a sense of security, stability because that is what you are looking for in a partner. You'd like a responsible woman, a lady, someone who will help you achieve things like financial success and security, and is not afraid to work hard, is well organized. For example, if you bring a boss or business client home for dinner, you know you can count on her to make a great impression. You won't care if she's not a sex godess or beauty queen, you'd like a lady. Difficult aspects may indicate one with inhibitions, who needs to know they can trust you and you won't make fun of them before they open up to you. Often a May/December relationship. Generally a solid person. You may think them too serious at times. Eventually, by progression, you may even end up with someone from your past. And what you may have wanted when you were younger will have gone thru changes. Your thinking will have been altered about what you want in a relationship. I don't know where you sun is, but neptune opposing your Saturn currently (depending on its degree) would indicate experiencing deception.
These things will apply to others in your life as well because 7th house also rules, for example, business partners, nieces and nephews, your grandparents on one side, attorneys, judges, open enemies. Anybody that comes into your life, that you have to deal with, right now, fall into your 7th. Maybe you have an aspect to the 7th, and you have an appointment with a CPA, or a counselor, publisher, decorator, doctor, teacher, people you dat, or socialize with. Planets there act differently according to your age. Rules anyone you seek counsel or assistance from. Whatever planet is transiting thru your 7th gives a clue. 7th house rules the first marriage partner, by the way.

Whatever sign you have on the 7th, look at the ruler as well, and the house it is in, and the sign it is in. It will give you more coloring, info about that potential mate or other. With Saturn in Taurus, it's also quite possible you may have Aries on the 7th and Libra rising. I don't know, you didn't say what you had rising. If you have Taurus on the 7th, you'll need to look to the placement of Venus as well.

You will also want someone who either knows how to bring money in, or how to handle money. You may expect them to continue working after marriage, or they may come from a good financial background. You would like someone who isn't constantly changing their mind, or making drastic changes, because Taurus is a fixed sign, and likes stability.
