Long story short, my friend, who I adored, was stationed in Adak, Alaska with the Marine Corps. I had dated other guys, but it always came back to they're not him...one day I woke up and said...why not have him before its too late? So, I got on the phone and dialed 411 and asked for the Marine Corps station in Adak, Alaska. My call went into the guard shack and when the guy answered, I asked for him. There was a pause on the line, and he said, "he just walked by! I'll go get him."
When he got on the phone he said how did you find me? I said I just dialed 411. There would have been no way to find him there if he hadn't just walked by...we had a long conversation and I told him how I felt ...we've now been married for over 15 years.
I definitely think I got some help with that. :)
