Why in western astrology am i not compatable libra/vigo but in chinese astrology we are rat/monkey?

Simplest reason is neither is valid.
It seems strange but astrology is bias against itself. Race, religion, nationality, sexual orientation and other background events do not matter for astrologers. Just give birth time and location, then someone looks in a book (or web site). Then this person (that you never met) can chose your relationships in your life.
Prejudgment of a person based upon an accident of birth over which the person has no control, and which has no scientific validity is simple bigotry.
Choose to run your own life and let no one pick your friends.
