they are usually considerably insecure, but it's pretty deep-seated, they don't show it... indeed they are very shy.
yet at the same time they can be very cool and aloof around people. i'd say they really 'don't bother' much, but if you really get to know them, you'll usually find that cancer guys are filled with anxiety about a lot of things, and their feelings are hurt quite easily.
