Whats the average capricorn man like?

if you were to go by star signs. is it true to say they can be slow to start relationships? why is this? scared? shy? lack of trust with people?

been seening a capricorn for a few months however this relationship seems to be going nowhere other than friendship we live far apart about a hour and a bit away and we both have a busy lifestyle. we talk every day but i doubt this relationship will go any further when we do meet we both act shy and useless. think i should give up all together and settle for friendship!
