Is it plausible for a person who is born on the "cut-off" days of a zodiac symbol to exhibit characteristics of two zodiac signs?

Here's a hypothetical: If the cut off for Cancer is July 20th, and I was born that day, could I also bit somewhat of a Leo as well?
