I am a Pisces Sun, Gemini Rising, and Pisces Moon... what can gather from this information?

You more than likely are hard to pin down. With Pisces in your 10th house, you have very strong opinions of how things "should be"-but you don't necessarily force your opinion-and are able to escape from a "know-it all label" with phrases similar to, "In my opinon"; but then you're also willing to remain open to and encourage other options. The Gemini Rising would make you appear to others as "What you see is what you get". You could not be considered non-commital, but all that you really want is to not be side-tracked into making a statement until you've seen/heard all of the facts. You just want a choice. You seem to be a bit brooding, but you're really only in deep thought. You spend a lot of time dreaming and thinking, sometimes, "if only", but you don't leave it there. You tend to be emotional, sometimes too-but you don't let on to others when you're hurting because you know that although others can empathize, that if need be, you can get yourself out of anything...given enough time to think bout "it" -whatever "it" is, that you'll be able to think yourself out of any questionable situation.
