What about nightmares? Where do they come form?

I can understand normal dreams......normal, regular interpretations of everyday-or-everynight dreams..........but what's up with NIGHTMARES? Those things that wake you up in the middle of the night, in the early morning hours before sunrise.......that wake you and me up screaming........WHERE DOES THAT COME FROM?

Yeah, regular nightmares. I'm talking about IRREUGLAR nightmares.

they come from stress...something in ur life is not going well, and that even crosses over when ur sleeping so wat the person above me said was right... go to dreamoods
