I dont know what type it would be but I lost a loved one and it was and we dont really know the cause

I lost my Father 6 months ago, I had a very hard time with it and still do. But I went to the library and found some wonderful books to read Dont think this is crazy But beside god and my church some of sylvia browns books helped alot. Dont laugh but she and others like her helped me. Try one by allison dubios that was really good about the after life I hope this helps in some small way.
