y student visa for america has been rejected three times from chennai consulate last year , will i get that this year(2007).
my date of birth is : 23/08/1980 time is : 08:15 am.

state: andhra pradesh.

Yeh u will get the visa, only if u r going America after july, i mean u may get visa, but ur departure will be possible after july only.
