Question for taurus men?

If a girl takes time apart from you after her first sexual intercourse with you (which made you feel special in a way) because she was confused and needed time to herself and decides to come back because she realizes that she misses you alot, but you don't respond to her calls or messages. Would you ever want her back or do you need time to question whether you want to be with her at all?
