I still dont understand this: when does Capricorn end(read on).?????

you see, i have always noticed that different books, magazines, websites and other sources always either saidCapricorn ends in the 20TH of January and some say it ends on the 19Th of January??? on one website it even says that Capricorn ends on the 18TH of January: that would make me an Aquarius then because my birthday is on the 19Th. this situation confuses me.
Why do different sources have different ending dates for Capricorn?????????????
