If tuarus guy is hung up on a girl will he hang around her mom?

here's what i mean i left to get away from him and now my mom works in his departmen. he does things like when she's talking to a bunch of people he comes up behind her or stands on either side of her to try listen in on the conversation or he'll find an excuse to be in the area where she is or things like that waht do you think of this?

It's all about control, control, control!. I have ALOT of experience with a classic taurus guy on this. I don't think it has nothing to do with liking the mom, it has to do with him still wanting to control ALL parties involved. He was attracted to the daughter and she rejected him. They don't like this at all! Once they have a complete interest in a women they WON'T let her go. Even if they don't want her romantically, they still want to "rule" her. I am familiar with this user's situation and in my opinion he still wants to know about the daughter and now has evolved his "rule" to try to empower the mother. They don't like change and are stubborn as hell and in my opinion can be fragile, weak beings that constantly need to bring someone down or try to "boss or dominate" another just to make themselves feel better. It's odd because I don't see that he has a sexual interest in her BUT only wants to have a domanating force on her. In other words, I can't "rule" the daughter so I'll move it to the mother.
