If a Libran was born on October is there still someway they can develope a good/okay friendship/relationship with a Capricorn?
I heard theres a difference between a Libran born on October and Septemember.

Capricorns are very different than a Libra...Caps are very ambitious, caring, quiet, on their feet thinkers, and they strive for the best. Libras as far as I know are laid back, will say many things just to agree and keep the peace, they are lovers of money yours and mine. These two signs are very different, but can be very awesome friends because they respect each other so much! Great question!
