Has anyone heard of or have knowledge of Gold Winning International?

At the address of Postbus 277, 5500 AG - Veldhoven, The Netherlands. They offered to send me a personal file worth several hundred thousand dollars and I needed to reply within a 24 hour deadline. I just wondered if anyone has any experience with this company. Of course I didn't find the letter till 3.5 weeks later. They offered a refund of their fee of $35 within a period of 365 days if you weren't satisfied.

I got it as a letter in the mail. In fact I got it a second time about a week later. It sounds like they would be going to send a report for the funds, which would be a legal transaction. They offer a report for funds, you send them funds, they send a report. That would be a legal transaction.

Yes, they might be preying on our want to receive the projected funds. Which could be considered a scam.

It wasn't an e-mail, it was an actual mail letter. So it wasn't from a bot.

What did you get... an email saying they'd give you thousands of dollars? Those are all a HOAX ... an illegal scam to get money from you !!!
