I'd never say someone had "too much" of something (except as a jest). Mercury will be in the same sign as the sun about half the time and I don't place a lot of faith in Lilith. This leaves the sun, rising sign and mars. The outer planets uranus, neptune and pluto are pretty much common to anyone of the same age so they're more of a generational influence than individual. Other than those, we have two planets in air and two fire. The chart is a bit on the emotional side but not really excessive. It would help to know if this is a female or male, as moon and venus are important in the romantic attractions of men, and sun and mars in those of women. The one element there isn't much of is earth, the only planet being neptune. This is not a tremendously practical person.
