What effect does my scorpio ascendant have on my features?I also have pluto lilith along with juno conjucnted in the first house..maybe they would have even more effect?

I would say that how you look has more to do with your genetics than Astrology--I don't believe in direct, physical influences. To me, astrology is an interpretive system.
That said, though, here goes.
The part of the body that Scorpio rules over is the genital area. I'm not gonna say anymore or speculate on that.
To me, appearance has more to do with character--and I think you can sense Scorpio Ascendant most in the depth of the eyes, a suggestion of depth. Also full lips, inviting deep passionate kisses. I'm not playing with you, Coo Coo, this is really what I think of when I think Scorpio. Scorpio is all about intensity, and if that intensity is part of your Ascendant, then it will show in your appearance--how you look at someone, your body language, maybe even your style of dress.
When I say dark, mysterious, sharp, intense, I'm not talking about body shape or skin or hair color, or anything like that. I'm talking about how you present yourself.
