Exchange house lords?!

Exchange house lords?
i'm libra ascendant. There are two exchange of house lords in my horoscope
1) exchange of 5th and 10th house lords
2)exchange of 7th and 9th lord house lords
Pls tell me these are good or bad?
Answers: Exchange of house between 5th and 10th means—Saturn and Moon, and exchange of house between 7th and 9th means-Mars and Mercury. OK.
Assuming if the changes has occurred (between Saturn and Moon) in Cancer and Capricorn then the 12th house (from your ascendant) will be receiving the powerful malefic aspects of Saturn (although Saturn becomes first rate beneficial planet for Libra), therefore Saturn will cause hurdles in your smooth sail.
Secondly the exchange between 7th and 9th means the Mars will be in Gemini and powerfully aspecting the 12th house!!
I hope you were born at about 08:00 PM on 21 or 22 April some 31 years ago-this is just my assumption-if so then you have good-Guru placed in the seventh house thus increasing your directional strength!!
I think there is a powerful benefic Yoga called Lagnadhi Yoga present in your Birth chart.
The exchange between 5th and 10th ---and the exchange between 7th and 9th produce excellent Yoga but not for Libra born people.
