Lets say i moved to Australia....would i be able to "change" my birthd!

Question:

Lets say i moved to Australia....would i be able to "change" my birthday if i moved there (read on)??

i was born in California on January 19th, 1990. i know that in fact Aquarius would have started on January 20th the year i was born...well, i was born an hour and a half (or maybe even less) before midnight on the 19th. but i do know that Australia is almost a day ahead of California in the time zone (i choose Aussie because it is one of the furthest countries), therefore, when i was born, it would have already been the 20th of Jan. in Aussie and any other place at least 2 hours ahead of time! wow! with this said, is it possible that i was born when the sun was already in Aquarius even though i was born in the last moments of the 19th of Jan where i was born?? i feel like im in a knot i may never unravel....many times, i feel more like Aquarius! sometimes i feel like Capricorn, but more often i think i behave like Aquarius.

i hope i dont confuse anyone. i hope someone can give me some guidance.

would it be ok if i celerated my birthday in Aussie(this is hypothetical lol) on the 20th of Jan...it would make sense lol, considering it was already the 20th in the exact time when i was born even though i was born in a different place.

alf...an answer thats a little more than 4 measely words would be nice hon. Hmmm...

This is called a "relocation chart". Basically, what it does is use your birth data - which is; your day of birth, in your case 19 january 1990, *and* (and this is very important) your time of birth, in your case 10:30 pm. With the time of birth, they know exactly the moment you were born.

This moment of birth is the same in the entire world, so you'll be celebrating your birthday on the same moment. In this case, imagine you'd be moving to Canberra, you would in fact be celebrating your birthday on the 20th. But of course it would still be the 19th in California.

BUT...

Because of the time zone difference, and the fact that the planetary position for your birthday remains the same, and only your ascendant would change - because the ascendant is based on the local horizon, whereas the planetary position is based on their position in relation to the earth's centre; *not* the earth's surface. You would still be a Capricorn, but in Australia, the transition from Capricorn to Aquarius would have occured hours later than it did in California. And that's all due to the time zones. no I don`t think so But you WEREN'T born there so it is totally irrelevant. It matters where you were exactly at the time of your birth. However, if you moved there, then you would do a relocation chart. And you may feel that way because perhaps you have more planets there or planets aspecting Uranus, or in the 11th or 12th, whatever. Without doing your chart, offhand I wouldn't know. You weren't born in Australia so no hahaha but I've always heard that if you are born the day before on on the day that a star sign changes over than the people normally have traits from both No, you're still classiffied as on the 19th, but when you travel to Australia you're personality should completely change! haha, sorry, couldn't resist... No, I think you just classify your sign from the time in the area you were born. Talk sense! Your birth will stay the same however your horoscope will change

I was born & live in N.S.W Australia : )

Milly You are a Capricorn with your Sun at 29 degrees Capricorn with 6 planets in Capricorn and your moon in Scorpio. Since you were born in a specific location at a specific latitude and longitude, these won't change. However, if you had been born in Australia, you would be an Aquarius. Since you weren't born in Australia, you are officially a Capricorn, with many strong planets. Your mars in Sagittarius (foreign countries) may make you want to travel or re-locate.
