cuz each sign is well studied, from the eyes of an astrologer or those who are into astrology.
To me, Scorpio is the most discussed and talkable sign of all 12 and Sagittarius is the least. I'm sag and I rarely see questions about sag, especially asked by sags. at least in this section.

I don't think there are no such classification as least and most studied sign ..... i have no idea but on my opinion...most people are interested in scorpios....while only few people...based on my observation...ask for a virgo... yeah scorpio the most and virgo the least ,cause every one loves a mystery Scorpio is the most studied sign and Virgo is the least studied sign. I don' t hear much about Capricorns.
